Go live with support on hand

At Lapetasi International Container Terminal in Port Vila, Vanuatu, Wave Systems delivered onsite training, documented processes and provided go-live and post-go-live support for Ifira Ports Development Services, and continues with regular reviews and training visits (Complexica news).

Aurizon’s move from TMSPro to WaveSCM Logistics Enterprise was a three-month project, run in close partnership with Aurizon’s project management team. WaveSCM is now live across more than 30 Aurizon sites, supporting an annual throughput of more than 500,000 TEU (twenty-foot equivalent units) (Complexica news).

After go-live, customers raise requests through our support portal and support desk. Every deployment is backed by a roadmap of ongoing enhancements, and our product development team delivers new features and enhancements in response to customer requirements.

WaveSCM Decision Cloud^® modules can be taken up one at a time, and every module after the first is a smaller step because the integration is already in place. The right first module is the one where your operation spends the most time on a decision a system can prepare.
